Ergonomics in the workplace doesn't always occur in the production environment.  The office workstation is becoming more sophisticated and new equipment emerges on the market almost monthly.
 
An initial step to preventing office related musculoskeletal issues is 1) educate yourself on proper workstation and chair set up and 2) assess your posture and workstation for any ergonomic issues.
