Remote Ergonomic Analysis
In many situations, we can provide remote ergonomic analysis in both office and industrial settings.
Heres how the remote process works.
For Industrial Based Ergonomic Assessments
  1. We complete and send you a standard Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA)so that you feel comfortable with allowing us to view and evaluate your job tasks. 
  2. We set up a phone conversation to discuss the scope of your needs.
  3. We provide you with the instructions for videotaping the job task.
  4. We provide you with a secure upload location to upload the video you would like us to review.
  5. If necessary, we can review the video on a Zoom call with the person responsible for the job.
  6. We discuss options and solutions.
  7. We provide a report if requested. 
  8. Services are billed to a credit card or we can establish an open purchase order process if numerous evaluations are expected. 
For Office or Home Office Ergonomic Assessments
  1. We will send out an ergonomic self-assessment via email
  2. We will provide instructions on what is required for either video or FaceTime evaluations.
  3. We schedule a time with the individual requiring the assessment
  4. We have an online interview with the individual.
  5. We then provide immediate solutions or make recommendations to solve the issues of discomfort. 
  6. We provide a report if requested.
  7. Services are billed to a credit card or we can establish an open purchase order process if numerous evaluations are expected.
